What we collect
When you purchase a Bayan Guides product, our checkout (operated by Shopify) collects your name, email address, billing address, and payment information. We never see or store full payment card numbers — Shopify handles payment processing through PCI-compliant providers.
Why we collect it
We use this information to deliver your purchase (PDF download link by email), issue receipts, and respond to support requests. We may send occasional updates about new editions if you opted in at checkout — you can unsubscribe from any email we send.
Who we share it with
We share order information only with the service providers required to run the store: Shopify (checkout and order management), Shopify Digital Downloads (PDF delivery), and our email provider for transactional receipts. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Cookies
Our website uses a minimal set of cookies for cart and checkout functionality. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Your rights
